NEW DELHI: As per Public Enterprises Surveys laid in the Parliament in respective years, the aggregate net worth of operating CPSEs has increased during the last 10 years i.e. from 2008-09 to 2017-18 as per details given below:

According to the Public Enterprise Survey 2009-10 and 2017-18 laid in the Parliament in the respective years, the share of market capitalization of CPSEs was 26.36% and 10.70% of the total market capitalization of the BSE for the said two years respectively. During the period, though the number of CPSEs have increased from 40 to 52, the Market Capitalization of the CPSEs has increased by 87.09%. The details of Market Capitalization of the listed CPSEs as on 31.03.2009 and 31.03.2018 are given below.
