GARHWA: There are only nine days left for the election as the first phase of poll is going to take place on 30th November. Considering the outcomes of the poll when it will be declared on December 23, but in the constituency, only the BJP candidate, Satendra Nath Tiwari and Mithilesh Thakur of JMM can be seen campaigning on the field in full swing.
Ahead of the election slated for November 30, candidates are campaigning to persuade voters to vote for them. While visiting the areas, it is witnessed that only two rivals posters, banners and other campaign related things are abound. It is rare to find the posters of rest of the candidates in the area.
Arun Tiwari, 41, a is now managing the crusade of BJP in the Gowawal area, who is of the opinion that his candidate, Satendra Nath Tiwari (BJP) will get the momentum from here. He (Arun) with his over dozen of supporters travelling every day, each street, villages, houses and explaining what his candidate has delivered during his stint, and what the best he has planned out already for next term.
Supporters told us that every party has its own strategy regarding campaigning. "We are campaigning in our own way, but we do not know why is the other parties are not campaigning. We do not even restrict any form of campaigning by imposing any barriers or obstructions from our side," Tiwari added.
