British Lingua- an Intellectual Colossus of English Training World: Vinod Sukheja
NEW DELHI: Take it from me, it was a few months back when as a trainer and editor I began to contribute to British Lingua, an institute of international repute for English communication skills. At the outset, I had interactions with staff members and even the directors of similar institutes located in Delhi and around where I can contribute and my expertise on the subjects may be utilized to the fullest.

In the course of my research and findings I’ve arrived at this conclusion that British Lingua is an intellectual colossus that bestrides the world of English communications skills training in the country. The whole of the system, how it works and adds value to the Indian society appealed to me  so much so that I associated myself with this academic establishment where I am most gratified.

I must tell you what sets British Lingua apart is its unique training methodology that helps  trainers as well as trainees unleash their creativity and improve upon their linguistic abilities and intellectual prowess through the inbuilt system of interactions on diverse issues.

BL’s andragogy, Structural–cum-Interactive Method (SIM) which I endorse fulfills the burgeoning need of English-skilling in the country in the most realistic manner. I observe the classroom programs delivered by the expert faculty members are in consonance with the English SIM devised by Dr Birbal Jha, who I am an ardent admirer and votary of.

I have hands-on experiences for all good reasons. Dr Jha with his inscrutable knowledge and a rich baritone addresses all the issues squarely since he is convinced of professionalism and dedication. It is my personal observation that it’s Dr Jha’s earnest desire to understand the educational ethos that enables him to bring out the best in the trainers with a distinctly personal touch

Honestly speaking, I’ve been an avid reader and committed trainer of the English language for that last four decades. On a similar note I’ve learnt that British Lingua too has been in existence for around three decades, standing out from the crowd in the language training world.

I have had a lot of informal chats and formal meetings with Dr Jha who is also a noted author besides being the managing Director of Lingua Multiservices Pvt Ltd under which the brand British Lingua is thriving. For his erudition and the spirits of writing skills, I can’t help singing his praises and enjoy laying my hands of editing brushes on the pieces he contributes to the linguistic world.

I’ve discovered that his professional ethics, commitments and ethos are his hallmarks of linguistic journey and social venture. It is all those that made me pen down my profound feelings and thoughts on what British lingua means to me and how I see it with a naked eye.

This institution of excellence creates an environment of interest in teaching, training and sets up a framework for regular and personal guidance to students in shaping up. The best of its kind, it encourages the trainers to deliver more and ensure a smooth journey for their students.

I hold British Lingua is a maverick group with a passion for excellence. It is a group out of the ordinary, unfazed by commonplace rules, enriched with innovation, replete with creativity.

A goal-oriented task keeps us motivated and undeterred. Hence, what may seem a daunting and herculean job to others is nothing but a passionate interest to us while working for the cause of imparting communication skills training at the Lingua Family.
